At LeatherBodyHarness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and replacements are granted. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Retruns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. As all our items are made-to-order and handmade, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective, or don’t match the description on the website. 

  • Return Window: If at least one of the conditions above is met, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@leatherbodyharness.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, and personalized items are non-refundable.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or one that does not match the description on the website, please contact us immediately at contact@leatherbodyharness.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@leatherbodyharness.com.
