As all our items are made-to-order, made-to-measure, and handmade, we only accept returns for items that:

• Do not match the description on the shop

Return Window

If at least one of the conditions above is met, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
