2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, providing the tracking number for your package.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping to domestic addresses within Romania - 25 RON via courier. Estimated delivery time (after the order is processed): 1-3 business days.

EU Region: We offer standard shipping to addresses within the European Union - €15 via Romanian Post. Estimated delivery time (after the order is processed): 3-10 business days.

Non-EU States Shipping: We offer standard shipping to addresses outside of the European Union (worldwide) - €25 via Romanian Post. Estimated delivery time (after the order is processed): 2-3 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary based on customs processing times.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LeatherBodyHarness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Delays and Lost Packages
Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service at contact@leatherbodyharness.com for assistance.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In the case of being unable to recover the package, the buyer can opt for replacement or refund. This can be done by contacting us at contact@leatherbodyharness.com.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos of the damaged items, and any other relevant information. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
